“2015 Distributed PV Market Expansion and Solution Green Finance Innovation Summit” was held in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province on the 7th. Experts at the conference believed that although the prospect of domestic distributed PV market is promising in the future, it will stimulate the development of distributed PV power plants, but it is currently distributed in China. Photovoltaic policies and subsidy support are not in place. It is urgent to increase subsidies and support policies at the national level and encourage enterprises to actively participate in development.

It is understood that distributed photovoltaic power generation refers to a distributed power generation system that uses photovoltaic modules to directly convert solar energy into electrical energy. It advocates the near-generation power generation, the nearest grid connection, the near conversion, and the principle of near use, which can not only effectively improve the photovoltaic system of the same scale. The power generation of the power station also effectively solves the problem of power loss in boosting and long-distance transportation.

Although PV is a very booming industry, it has grown into an industry with a return on investment in just ten years. Zheng Xianzhi, president of Greater China, DuPont Electronics and Communications Division, pointed out that the proportion of distributed PV in China is still relatively low. He believes that the average growth rate of China's distributed photovoltaics in the next few years will exceed 20%.

"Although the country has given policy support to distributed photovoltaics in recent years, domestic photovoltaic power plants are not advancing rapidly, and the corresponding photovoltaic industry is also facing cold in foreign markets." Participating here in the 6th China (Wuxi) International New Energy Conference Li Junfeng, vice chairman of the China Renewable Energy Society, said at the meeting that photovoltaic is the most promising energy source in the future, and distributed photovoltaic is the most meaningful thing. Although the government has been supporting the development of distributed photovoltaics, some places are not in place. In its view, the current implementation of distributed PV is not only a question of green energy-saving innovation, but also a series of institutional issues, including issues such as inadequate policy and subsidy support.

"Distribution is at the terminal, and subsidies should at least not be less than our large base stations." Li Junfeng said that to change the payment method, the grid should be settled once in accordance with the national price policy, and then the grid itself can be settled internally, so that To solve the problem, the other is to communicate with the grid and build a smart grid.

In recent years, the domestic PV market has gradually taken shape, and with the improvement of technology and policies, the PV distribution will reach a certain scale. Prior to this, in order to improve the enthusiasm of users, the government should give priority to the domestic distributed photovoltaic development according to the actual situation. Only in this way, distributed photovoltaic power generation can be given priority protection.
