The large amount of motor and low energy efficiency also restrict the healthy development of the domestic economy. Therefore, it is imperative to promote high-efficiency and energy-saving motors. This is not only the demand for industrial enterprises to adapt to social development, but also the inevitable requirement for domestic motor products to keep up with the international development trend. It is also conducive to promoting technological advancement and product export.
Save energy and reduce long-term operating costs
Motor is an important industrial energy-consuming equipment, widely used in pumps, fans, compressors, transmission machinery and other fields, its power consumption accounts for more than 60% of China's total industrial power consumption, of which small three-phase asynchronous motor consumes about 35% is a large power consumer, so developing China's high-efficiency electric motor is one of the important measures to improve energy efficiency, which is very necessary in line with the needs of China's development.
The energy saving project of the motor system has been listed as one of the ten key energy-saving projects in China's “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” and is a key area for national energy conservation and emission reduction work. In the context of energy conservation and emission reduction, mandatory standards and incentive policies have determined that high-efficiency energy-saving motors will replace traditional low-efficiency motors in the future. Energy-efficient motors use new motor designs, new processes and new materials to reduce electromagnetic, thermal and mechanical energy. A motor that reduces losses and increases the output efficiency of the motor.
Compared with ordinary standard motors, the energy-saving effect of using energy-efficient motors is very obvious. Under normal circumstances, energy consumption is reduced by about 10% on average, and efficiency can be increased by about 4%. Experts analyzed that during the entire life cycle of the motor, its purchase price accounted for 2% of the total cost of the motor, maintenance costs accounted for 0.7% of its total cost, and energy consumption costs accounted for 97.3%. Therefore, from the entire life cycle of the motor, that is, from the design and manufacture of the motor to the selection, operation, adjustment, overhaul, and scrapping of the motor, the energy-efficient motor can save energy, reduce life cycle operation cost and improve production efficiency. And to reduce environmental pollution, but also reduce energy consumption and reduce carbon dioxide emissions, which is conducive to the sustainable development of the factory. In short, the effect of energy conservation can continue throughout the entire life cycle of mechanical equipment.
Investment cost recovery is fast and economic potential is large
High-efficiency and energy-saving motors are very suitable for textiles, fans, pumps, compressors, and can save motor purchase costs by saving electricity for about two years. For example, a Y2-132M-4 rated at 7.5kw and an energy efficiency rating of 3 is replaced with a YX3-132M-4 high efficiency motor with the same rated power and energy efficiency class 2. The performance specifications are shown in Table 1. According to the formula, the unit power consumption can be obtained: 7.5×(1 / 0.87-1 / 0.901)×1=0.2966kw?h, and the investment cost recovery can be calculated.
Choosing a high-efficiency motor, the power saving effect is obvious, and the investment of all updated motors can be recovered within one to two years. The motor equipment like a transformer generally has a service life of several decades. Replacing a high-energy motor with a high-efficiency motor can not only improve energy conversion efficiency, but also have a significant effect on life-saving and power saving, which provides a great impetus for long-term development of the factory.
Eliminate backward production capacity and apply high efficiency motor
In order to promote the backward low-efficiency motor to withdraw from the market and guide the existing motor enterprises to gradually transform and produce high-efficiency motors, the state and local governments have taken some measures to formulate and introduce corresponding policies to encourage the development of high-efficiency and energy-saving motors.
For example, the Ministry of Finance and the National Development and Reform Commission jointly issued the "Notice on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Rules for the Promotion of Efficient Motors for Energy-Saving Products to Benefit People", and subsidized 15-40 yuan/kW for low-voltage three-phase asynchronous motors with energy efficiency levels of Class I and Class II. High-voltage three-phase asynchronous motors are subsidized by 12 yuan/kW; rare earth permanent magnet motors are subsidized by 40-60 yuan/kW. Subsequently, the Guangdong Provincial Government, the Economic and Information Technology Commission issued the "Notice on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Regulations for the Energy Efficiency Improvement of Motors in Guangdong Province". The detailed rules indicate that the motor after the transformation meets the 2012 new standard of motor energy efficiency or the efficiency of high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motor. The value of the subsidy standard in Guangdong and North-West Province is 140 yuan/kW for the motor before the transformation. The provincial subsidy standard for the Pearl River Delta region (excluding Shenzhen) is 100 yuan/kW for the motor before the transformation, and encourages the local motor power according to the transformation. The standard of 200 yuan for kilowatts is filled. However, the total amount of subsidies for the above-mentioned standard calculation projects shall not exceed 50% of the total investment, and enterprises that receive subsidies for energy-saving renovation of the motor system will not affect their application and enjoy other national and provincial energy-saving funds projects. However, for non-standard enterprises, the government will also impose punitive electricity prices.
To this end, industrial enterprises should actively respond to national policies, implement the application of high-efficiency motors, eliminate backward low-efficiency motors, and on the one hand achieve energy conservation and consumption reduction, reduce costs, and fulfill corporate social responsibility; on the other hand, make full use of government subsidies. Policies to reduce the burden on businesses.
