Everyone knows that oil is the driving material for diesel generator sets. Most diesel generator sets have high quality requirements for oil. If the diesel water is mixed into the water, the unit will not be able to operate normally, but the internal short circuit of the generator set and the equipment failure. How does the diesel generator oil remove water?
First of all, the user can heat the oil in a test tube. If there is a slight sound of water in the oil, and the blisters can be observed, it indicates that there is moisture in the oil. At this time, the boiling point of the oil and water can be used to treat it continuously. When the blisters disappear, the water is completely recovered, and the gasoline is cooled to normal temperature for continued use.
Secondly, if the oil has already appeared emulsified, you can add 1% to 3% of the weight of the oil to the oil to remove the emulsifier. Add the stirring while stirring, then warm the oil for a while, then wait for the oil. Layered water and oil. Thoroughly remove moisture from the oil.
Again, the instrument can be used to remove moisture from the diesel generator set, and the already emulsified oil is poured into a serpentine heating tube, and the heating is stopped by the saturated steam through the serpentine tube. At the same time, air is introduced into the instrument to make the water in the oil volatilize. Then the oil is cooled, so that the oil can be used normally.
