National motor efficient remanufacturing demonstration project started
The national remanufacturing demonstration project for the country's first remanufacturing demonstration project was launched in Shanghai, which indicates that Shanghai's industrial energy conservation will develop in depth during the 12th Five-Year Plan period.
According to reports, during the 11th Five-Year Plan period, the added value energy consumption of industrial units above designated size in Shanghai decreased by 28%, the comprehensive utilization rate of industrial solid waste remained above 95%, and the reuse rate of industrial water reuse was 83%. The overall energy efficiency was at the domestic leading level. During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, Shanghai Industry will focus on the use of large-scale energy-using equipment such as motors, boilers and S7 transformers to promote the development of energy-saving work.
According to statistics, the installed capacity of Shanghai industrial system motor is about 20 million kilowatts, and the annual power consumption is about 59 billion kilowatt hours, accounting for about 75% of the total industrial system power consumption, but it is basically an ordinary efficiency motor. Compared with European and American countries, the efficiency of the motor itself. It is 3%~5% lower, and the operating efficiency of the motor system is about 20% lower. Therefore, it is extremely urgent to promote the application of high-efficiency motors.
Since 2010, Shanghai's high-efficiency motor promotion work has been gradually promoted, and more and more inefficient motors have been eliminated. How to scientifically, reasonably and standardly dispose of old motors has become an urgent problem to be solved. The high-efficiency remanufacturing of the motor is to use the non-destructive, environmentally friendly and pollution-free disassembly method to maximize the utilization and recovery of the original motor parts, replace the new windings, insulation, bearings and other components, and finally transform the inefficient old motor into a high-efficiency motor. The production process is an effective way of resource conservation and comprehensive utilization. It can prevent the old motor from flowing into the secondary market again from the source, and can reduce the cost of efficient motor use.
According to experts, if 10 million kilowatts is replaced with ordinary efficiency motors and remanufactured into high-efficiency motors, it can save 3.7 billion kilowatt-hours per year (about 4.7% of total industrial electricity consumption) and recycle 55,000 tons of cast iron parts. , silicon steel sheet 61,000 tons. On October 25th, the Shanghai High Efficiency Motor Energy Saving Exhibition Hall was officially opened. The museum will become the first professional pavilion in China to integrate the energy-saving technology display of motor system, new product display of motor energy-saving, motor energy efficiency test and motor energy-saving remanufacturing technology.
