It is reported that during the 12th Five-Year Plan period, Shanghai plans to promote high-efficiency motors of 8 million kilowatts, of which about 2.4 million kilowatts of high-efficiency motors will be remanufactured, saving 4.7 billion kilowatt-hours per year, equivalent to 1.41 million tons of standard coal, and achieving 13,000 tons of cast iron parts. , silicon steel sheet recycling 15,000 tons. It is understood that efficient remanufacturing of electric motors is an effective way to achieve resource conservation and comprehensive utilization. In this process, non-destructive, environmentally friendly, non-polluting dismantling methods are used to maximize the utilization and recovery of the original motor components, replacement of new windings, insulation, bearings and other components, and ultimately transform the inefficient old motors into high-efficiency motors. At present, China's total installed capacity of electric motors is about 1.5 billion kilowatts. If 25% of them are remanufactured, it can save 220 billion kilowatt hours of electricity, which is 2.6 times of the annual power generation of the Three Gorges.
Wang Jian, director of the Municipal Economic Informationization Committee, said that the city's industry will implement the policy of grasping the big and small, and promote the in-depth development of energy conservation and emission reduction. Statistics show that the current installed capacity of industrial systems in this city is about 20 million kilowatts, and the annual power consumption is about 59 billion kilowatt hours, accounting for about 75% of the total industrial system power consumption.
