Talking about the manufacturers of reducers: Chinese companies need to accelerate the pace of research and development
Recently, in the China International Reducer Technology Seminar and Exhibition held in Shanghai, it is reported that there are currently 70 to 80 units in developed countries, and less than half of them are in China. Some experts have called for China to strengthen the independent research and development of a new generation of speed reducers and reverse the dependence on imports.
Some people say that the 21st century reducer will be dominated by the new "permanent magnet brushless motor", which is both silent and environmentally friendly.
According to reports, the new "permanent magnet brushless motor" also rotates by electromagnetic effect, but a "magnet" is added and a "brush" is subtracted. "Magnet" is a permanent magnet implanted in the motor. With it, the motor can generate magnetism by itself. Its volume, weight and copper consumption are only 38%, 35% and 21% of the equivalent conventional motors, respectively, and the motor efficiency can be improved. 10% or more. "Brush" is an indispensable brush in traditional motors. With advanced electronic control technology, it can realize the transition from "brush" to "brushless", so that the motor can say goodbye to the noise caused by brush friction, and the motor itself Not easy to wear, long life. At this speed reducer exhibition, many IT products are inseparable from small and quiet permanent magnet brushless motors, spindle motors for printers and copiers, small fans in computer cases, and digital DVD motors.
China's gear reducer production capacity is weak
Faced with such an attractive market, gear reducer manufacturers and car manufacturers cannot be unmoved. As a result, multinational companies such as ZF, Mitsubishi, Ford and GM actively introduced gear reducers to China. In recent years, the import volume of car gear reducers has been rising. Shanghai GM, Shanghai Volkswagen, Guangzhou Honda and other companies have also established gear reducer assembly plants. However, prior to the commissioning of Shanghai ZF Transmission Co., Ltd., China did not have an independent joint venture gear reducer manufacturer that could supply third parties.
In addition, some transmission companies in China are also trying to produce gear reducers. Due to the long-term accumulation of gear reducer development and production, there are still many technical problems for Chinese companies to produce gear reducers, which are far from industrialization. In short, the production of China's gear reducer is still in its infancy.
Recently, in the China International Reducer Technology Seminar and Exhibition held in Shanghai, relevant sources revealed that the annual output of global reducers has reached 8 billion units, and the annual increase is 5%. At present, the average number of households in developed countries is 70 to 80, and China is still less than half. Some experts have called for China to strengthen the independent research and development of a new generation of speed reducers and reverse the dependence on imports.
China is the world's number one producer of reducers, with annual output accounting for 60% of the world, but high-precision reducers are imported. Last year, the import volume reached 1.88 billion US dollars. The permanent magnets of the permanent magnet brushless motor are mostly rare earth materials. As a rare earth country, China's rare earth products are mainly sold at low prices, which has great potential for development. It is understood that China has planned to use permanent magnet brushless motors as energy-saving promotion products, and it is imperative to accelerate the development and industrialization of various types of permanent magnet brushless motors.
