As for the specific construction progress, the "Plan" clearly stipulates that it should rely on the advanced passive nuclear power technology (AP1000) nuclear power plant construction project with an installed capacity of 1000 megawatts, comprehensively master the key design technologies and key equipment materials manufacturing technologies of AP1000 nuclear power, and independently complete the inland site. Standard design. Completed the design and construction of a demonstration power station with an advanced passive nuclear power technology (CAP1400) standard system with an installed capacity of 1400 MW in China. At the end of 2015, it has the conditions for reverse power transmission and partial operation of the main control room. The key technology research of high-temperature gas-cooled reactor was completed, and the demonstration power station was completed and commissioned around 2013.

The reporter learned that at present, the construction of the four units of the AP1000 relying on the project is progressing steadily, and all the milestone nodes in 2009 and 2010 were successfully completed. As of July 18, the 2011 milestone node has completed five.

The conceptual design of the CAP1400 nuclear power plant, which has higher power than the AP1000 and has China's independent intellectual property rights, passed the national review in 2010. As of March this year, the preliminary design of the CAP1400 nuclear power plant demonstration project has been fully carried out. The site survey, the general layout optimization design, and the feasibility study report and the preparation and evaluation of the environmental impact and site safety evaluation report have also been completed.

For the high-temperature gas-cooled reactor demonstration project, the above-mentioned “Planning” is clearly completed before and after 2013.
